At the end of September 2009, Znak Company (Ukraine), a member of EDAPS Consortium, has successfully passed Visa Inc. audit
According to Visa Inc. inspector Richard Trim, Znak is the best company, which he has ever inspected. On the opinion of Visa representatives, all production processes in this company are well-described and meet the payment system requirements.
In 2008 Znak also passed Visa inspection "with distinction” and was named as the best card manufacturer in SEMEA region.
The company has enough capacities for producing up to 100 million cards and 3 million polycarbonate lists per year. For the first 9 months of 2009, the company has produced about 3.4 million cards and on the whole, from the moment of its foundation in 2005 Znak has issued about 29.4 million cards of various payment systems.
