SMS payments market can run up to $300 million

“А1: the First alternative content-provider” has announced the results of its research study on SMS payments in the Russian Federation. During 2008 the market of SMS payments has reached the level of $190-200 million and it is 22 percent of the whole market of additional telecommunication services. It’s 9 times as much as in 2007, and the market potential is still high. So, the forecast for 2009 is not less than $300 million.
