Sberbank of Russia, Experian Company and Interfax Group has announced the foundation of the united credit bureau.
The new bureau is founded on the basis of existing Ekspirian-Interfax bureau. Sberbank of Russia will buy 50% of shares of this bureau, Experian and Interfax will have a 25 percent package each.
The new bureau will unite all facilities of Sberbank, the largest Russian bank, Experian, a leading global operator of credit bureaus, and Interfax, a leading Russian news agency and a founder of SPARK, the largest Russian information system on the corporate credit risks.
Including Sberbank’s credit histories the total number of records in Ekspirian-Interfax bureau database will practically be doubled and will reach 23 million.
