Bank Saint Petersburg offers deposits in Chinese yuan

Bank Saint-Petersburg begins to offer the seasonal deposit “Spring” in Chinese yuan. The most favorable rate, 1% per annum, is offered for deposits opened through an Internet bank or mobile application. For the deposits opened in the bank's branches the rate is 0.6% per annum.

“Spring” is a classic deposit providing for no options of adding funds and early withdrawals. If prolongation of the deposit is not envisaged, then after the expiration of the term, the funds are transferred to the account in yuan. The cash from the yuan account can be received until September 9, 2022 in rubles in accordance with Russian laws.
