The platform should help domestic businesses to replace the solutions of foreign developers who left the market because of sanctions.

The funds will be used to create the ecosystem itself, integrate it with external information systems, develop services and implement them at enterprises, and more. The project release is scheduled for September 2022. The list of software providers for the platform already includes Top Systems, 1C, Ascon, Nanosoft, Tesis, T1 Group and others.

The plans of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to create a “Modular Multiservice Industrial Platform” (MMPP) were unveiled in October last year. The ministry expects MMPP to become a marketplace for Russian industrial software (EPR, MDM, MES, SCADA, PDM, CAD). Russian companies that need engineering software will be able to receive it on the platform by subscription and have part of their costs subsidized.
