Wildberries and Russ created microcredit organization

The merged company Wildberries and Russ (RVB) established a microcredit company (MCC), with consumer lending as its core activity.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the “Payment Technologies” MCC with the authorized capital of 5 million rubles was established on March 26. Other activities of the legal entity include development of computer software, activities related to information and computer technologies.
